Want to have your own private Sketcher room? Click here!
Sketcher is:
  • A social art/design software
  • An online-based, multiuser art and design application
  • A multiuser realtime system for painting/illustrating/designing/drawing/sketching and teleconferencing

Sketcher is for:
  • Artists/designers/illustrators in various fields
  • Those who are managing the works of artists/designers/illustrators
  • Those who often have to meet clients to work with them on a design, but also have to deal with a lot of travelling for their work or leisure
  • Those who design for international clients
  • Those who want to create artworks without dealing with real paint mess and art clutters
  • Those who need to showcase design protoypes to clients and make real-time changes as necessary
  • Beginners and Professionals

Sketcher allows multiple people to draw on the same canvas in real-time. If you have ever used a live chat room before, you will feel right at home in Sketcher. Imagine a whole group of people working together drawing/sketching/painting/illustrating on a big wall. Now make this wall a computer screen and place it on the Internet. Add a chat room utilizing text chat or Voice over IP (VoIP) for communication, and you have Sketcher!

Sketcher utilizes the latest advances in technology and tools to assist artists in their art without losing the conventional feeling and methodology of drawing, painting, and illustrating. The tools Sketcher offers are intentionally simple and closely depict the process of writing, doodling, sketching, inking, coloring, and shading as if they were using a pen, pencil, brush, and real paint. We could describe the Sketcher experience as using Adobe Photoshop and Abode Illustrator without the complicated interface and menus.

Sketcher was originally created for simple online art-making, but has evolved into a more useful tool for art/design/business tasks. It can also be used for academics - like an online classroom for art or fashion design.

Sketcher is also a virtual conference room and teleconferencing tool where colleagues can get together on-line, regardless of their location to discuss and illustrate ideas, deliberate on problems, and find solutions, etc.

Sketcher currently has four (4) public rooms, free for our users. Others who would like an exclusive/private access or members-only access can avail private rooms for a small monthly/yearly fee. Sketcher can also be added into a subscriber's own website through an API provided with the rent.
